Abstract

The work describes the process of developing a method of automatic control of the position of a solar panel, establishes the basic requirements for a system built on the basis of this method, and conducts an experiment to verify the operation of the method. The proposed automatic control method is built on the basis of finding the sun on the image of the sky, obtained with the help of a special camera and processed by the methods of machine vision of the OpenCV library.
