MODELING THE DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT PROCESS CONCERNING THE POSSIBILITY OF CONCLUSION OF A GENERAL CONTRACT ON THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES AND A DERIVED AGREEMENT ON THE PROVISION OF DENTAL SERVICES

Abstract

Today, the issue of concluding a contract for the provision of medical services requires more and more attention, in particular, checking the presence of all essential conditions in the contract. The absence of essential conditions in the contract for the provision of medical services can lead to the emergence of a number of problems: the absence or incorrect definition of the subject of the contract for the provision of medical services; errors in determining the legal status of the parties; inability to offer own terms of the contract. Currently, many contracts for the provision of medical services contain burdensome conditions for the patient, offer a non-legal way of resolving disputes, and lack characteristics that individualize medical services. These shortcomings can lead to adverse legal consequences both for the patient and for medical organizations that continue to use such sample contracts that have obvious limitations of their content and insufficient legal preparation.

Therefore, today, the urgent task is to provide support for decision-making regarding the possibility of concluding contracts for the provision of medical services, taking into account civil legal grounds, by developing appropriate information technology. For the design and implementation of such information technology, a theoretical basis should be developed, namely, simulation of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of concluding a general agreement on the provision of medical services and a derivative agreement on the provision of dental services. The article simulates the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of concluding a general contract for the provision of medical services and the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of concluding a derivative contract for the provision of dental services. The developed models of decision-making support processes regarding the possibility of concluding a contract for the provision of medical services and a contract for the provision of dental services are a theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods and design of information technology for decision-making regarding the possibility of concluding contracts for the provision of medical services and contracts for the provision of dental services.
