The article considers the issues of assessing functional efficiency and socialization of employees in remote work, which has become widespread due to digital transformation. It is noted that remote work changes traditional approaches to labor organization, requiring the adaptation of performance evaluation systems and the introduction of communication support mechanisms. It is determined that a low level of employee socialization can lead to a decrease in motivation, professional identification, and task performance efficiency, which requires the development of new methods of assessment and personnel management.
Modern information and analytical systems (IAS) used to monitor the productivity and interaction of remote workers are analyzed, in particular Toggl Track, Hubstaff, Asana, Trello, Redmine, and Jira. It is found that most of these platforms focus on time control and task performance, but do not sufficiently take into account the aspects of socialization and collective interaction. The integration of IAS with artificial intelligence technologies is proposed to increase adaptability to employee needs, automate feedback, and form effective interaction mechanisms.
A system of criteria for functional efficiency and socialization of employees in remote work conditions has been developed. The first criterion combines the assessment of communication processes and the level of socialization of employees based on information entropy and corporate interaction. The proposed mathematical model allows for a quantitative assessment of the quality of communication in distributed teams and serves as a tool for analytical monitoring of digital interaction. The second criterion - integral psychosocial - takes into account the emotional state of the employee, the level of his motivational involvement and the degree of cognitive participation in the digital environment. This indicator is sensitive to the psychological climate and allows for a prompt response to the risks of maladjustment in remote employment conditions. The use of such solutions will allow optimizing the management of remote teams, increasing the level of staff involvement and ensuring the sustainable effectiveness of organizations in the context of digital transformation.
