MODELING OF THE DECISION-SUPPORTING PROCESS ON THE POSSIBILITY OF USING THE REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Currently, there is a need in Ukraine to design and develop a decision-making support system regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies taking into account civil law, which can significantly increase the efficiency of the work of reproductive doctors, as well as protect both patients and doctors. Review and analysis of known methods and support systems for decision-making regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies, proved that currently there are no methods and support systems for decision-making regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies, taking into account civil law.

To design such a decision-making support system, one should first develop a theoretical basis, namely, conduct a simulation of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies.

The article simulates the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of performing surrogate motherhood and the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of performing in vitro fertilization. The developed models of decision-making support processes regarding the possibility of performing surrogate motherhood and in vitro fertilization are a theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods, and the design of a decision-making support system regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies taking into account civil law.

Currently, the developed models of decision-making support processes regarding the possibility of performing surrogacy and in vitro fertilization are developed on the basis of the current civil legislation of Ukraine, but they can be adapted to the legislation of any country - for this, it's necessary to conducted the analysis of civil law regarding the possibility/impossibility of surrogacy or in vitro fertilization of a certain country; and to supplement or change models of decision-making support processes regarding the possibility of performing surrogate motherhood and in vitro fertilization, taking into account the analysis of the civil law of a certain country.
