THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR MANAGING HUMANCENTRED PROJECT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The article explores the impact of modern artificial intelligence (AI) tools on the management of human-centered information technology (IT) projects. The relevance of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into project management processes in the context of rapid digital transformation, competitive pressure, and the growing complexity of requirements for IT products focused on the current users' needs is considered. The authors propose the idea and concept of a software solution that will provide opportunities to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementation in order to optimize project management processes for various IT areas of human activity. The research highlights the key benefits of integrating artificial intelligence into the project management system, including automation of routine tasks, improving the quality of analytics, adaptability to changing conditions, improving interaction between project participants, testing different versions of IT products, behavioral research, and target audience segmentation. The mechanisms of AI application at different stages of the IT project life cycle are described, including initiation, idea generation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion. Particular attention is paid to the use of tools such as chatbots, machine learning models, and large language models (LLM), which help to improve customer focus, quality of the final product, and efficiency of teamwork coordination.

The proposed software solution contains modules for data entry, analysis, forecasting, visualization, and reporting, which allows it to be flexibly adapted to various areas of IT projects. It is noted that the implementation of AI changes traditional approaches to management, creating conditions for the generation of new business models and management strategies. The author also emphasizes the importance of ensuring data privacy and security in the process of AI implementation.

The results of the study indicate that the integration of artificial intelligence contributes to a significant increase in the efficiency of IT project management, allowing companies to remain competitive in the face of rapid market changes and constant challenges. The presented approach can be useful for project managers, analysts, and developers interested in using the latest technologies to increase productivity, customer focus, and achieve strategic goals.
