Abstract

The relevance of the study of the quality of heat supply services is determined by the existence of serious problems of both scientific and applied nature in this area. Applied problems are related to the need to increase the efficiency of the use of energy carriers, and primarily thermal energy. Of course, ensuring the objectivity of accounting for heat consumption is important in this matter. Today, there are a number of thermometers whose accuracy is sufficient for commercial accounting. However, the lack of efficiency in obtaining information about the level of heat consumption, the significant price of heat meters and the lack of a function to remember the values of the quality indicators of heat supply slow down the process of introducing modern technologies into the procedures of mutual settlements between heat generating companies and heat consumers. For the utility industry of Ukraine, under the conditions of insufficient own resources, permanent price increases and instability of the energy market, the problem of their economy is constantly relevant.

An important direction in the implementation of the comprehensive energy saving policy is the use of measurement tools and cost accounting methods. Moreover, the most difficult situation has developed in the field of accounting for the use of thermal energy. Significant problems with the consumption of thermal energy arise when trying to individually calculate it for complex objects of heat consumption. The article analyzes the main factors affecting the efficiency of heat supply and points out the shortcomings of existing methods of calculating heat consumption for heating.

A mathematical model of the thermal efficiency of the room was developed based on the equation of the thermal balance of the room and the heat supply quality indicator.
