Abstract

The article focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects and methods of estimating the labor intensity and development time in IT projects. Particular attention is paid to the ways of choosing a combination of approaches to effectively improve the methods of estimating the labor intensity and development time of IT projects. The application of these methods is demonstrated on the example of a specific IT project, including an analysis of its effectiveness using specific criteria. The results of the study confirm that by applying different methods of estimating the complexity and timing of IT project development, it is possible to significantly increase the chances of project success and create a foundation for future projects.

Proper planning, coordination, and execution are essential to ensure successful project outcomes. This article proposes a method for estimating the labor intensity and timing of IT project development.
