Submissions

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. All submissions are initially evaluated by the Editor to determine whether they are within the journal's scope and meet its publication standards. Manuscripts considered suitable will be sent for double-blind peer review before a final decision on acceptance or rejection is made.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any copyrighted material included in the submission, such as photographs, figures, documents, or datasets. All listed authors must consent to being identified as co-authors. Where applicable, research involving human participants or animals must have received approval from the appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the research was conducted.

The Editor reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the journal's minimum quality requirements. Before submission, authors should ensure that the research design, methodology, and arguments are clearly structured and logically presented. The manuscript title should be concise, and the abstract should be sufficiently informative to stand independently. Compliance with these recommendations increases the likelihood of a successful peer-review process.

The manuscript must not contain materials prohibited from publication or information whose reliability cannot be verified. The authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all information presented in the manuscript. The Editorial Board reserves the right to disagree with the opinions expressed by the authors and may make editorial corrections without prior consultation. Authors may be provided with page proofs for review before publication. Manuscripts containing excessive language or formatting errors (more than ten errors per page) will be returned to the authors for revision. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines will be returned by the Editorial Office without further consideration.

The Editorial Board accepts manuscripts submitted electronically through the journal's online submission system. Each submission must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:

• an author application form;
• a plagiarism check report (if available);
• a review signed by a Doctor of Sciences (if available), indicating the reviewer's affiliated institution;
• author information, including contact details.

Manuscript Structure

Each manuscript must include:

• UDC classification number (upper left corner of the first page);
• full name(s) of the author(s) (maximum of three authors);
• academic degree, academic title, and institutional affiliation (in both Ukrainian and English);
• ORCID iD for each author (authors who do not yet have an ORCID iD must register at https://orcid.org/);
• article title (in the language of the manuscript and in English);
• abstract and keywords;
• main body of the article;
• References in the original language and a separate References list prepared according to international standards.

Manuscript Requirements

• Languages of submission: Ukrainian or English.
• Maximum number of co-authors: four.
• Manuscript length: from 6 to 16 pages, including tables and figures. For each additional co-author, the minimum manuscript length should be increased by two pages.
• Paper size: A4 (210 × 297 mm), portrait orientation.
• Margins: left – 2.5 cm; right – 1.5 cm; top – 2.5 cm; bottom – 2.5 cm.
• Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt.
• Line spacing: 1.3.
• Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word for Windows® without macros.
• Figures, photographs, charts, and graphs must be inserted into the manuscript as embedded objects with the layout option "In Line with Text."
• Mathematical formulas should be created using the built-in Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.
• Physical quantities must be expressed using SI units.

Abstract

For manuscripts submitted in Ukrainian, an extended abstract in English is mandatory. The English abstract should contain approximately 1,800 characters (including spaces), which corresponds to about 20 lines of text, and should accurately reflect the content of the article.

References

References must be numbered in the order in which they are cited in the text. Citations should appear in square brackets. Bibliographic references should be prepared in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 or the APA Style.

DOIs must be provided for all cited sources whenever available.

The journal does not permit citations of sources published in Russian, regardless of the country of publication, nor sources published in any language if they were issued in the territory of the Russian Federation or Belarus.

Authors must also provide a References section prepared in Latin script through translation or transliteration, in accordance with international bibliographic standards.

Main Body of the Article

The main text should include the following sections:

• Introduction (statement of the problem and its relevance to important scientific or practical issues);
• Literature Review;
• Purpose (Objectives) of the Study;
• Materials and Methods / Main Research Findings;
• Conclusions and Prospects for Further Research.
